Dear Richard,

I would like to thank your company and especially Gerald (our guide) and Pablo (driver) for a wonderful trip. Every aspect of the trip was well organized – and in contrast to your book description of Nicaragua – was on time! Gerald was a wonderful guide and very responsive to our needs. At one point Cindy suggested that we should get some cigars. Gerald immediately had us visiting a cigar factory in Granada. When we were stranded on Ometepe (due to high winds, the ferry did not run that day), your guide Gerald was again very gracious and worked with your office team to arrange a refund from our next hotel – even though it was not booked through your company. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the country, the scenery, and the people. It was also wonderful to visit a country which is somewhat tourist naive allowing us a better impression of the real country.
