I just wanted to let you know that our vacation to Nicaragua was an incredible experience!!! Your company was reliable and helpful from start to end. Our entire trip was and experience we will not soon forget, each day was full of pleasant surprises… from the areas we visited, to the hotels we stayed in… to the great food we ate. Our daughter had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Lenin (guide) was awesome. We can’t say enough good about him. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We feel we have made a friend in Nicaragua. Also, thank you for the prompt refund of the sail boat tour that got cancelled. EVERYTHING was just wonderful. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to visit Nicaragua in the future… next time I will get your guide book. I only had one choice of books when I was looking. After Lenin told us you wrote Footprint Nicaragua I went back to the bookstore and they had yours.
