Hi Richard,

Just to thank you for organising such a wonderful trip. We both had a great time. As you say Flavio is an excellent mountain guide and was good fun as well as looking after us. The weather changed the end of the week and went to the Isla Juan – it was excellent the way that you could give us this as an option, with Flavio and (guide) Rigo talking through the choices sensibly with us (much better than how similar circumstances were handled on a previous holiday we have been on). The alternative day was equally good and we are glad that we did it, and enjoyed meeting and talking to Rigo. Finally I shouldn’t forget Roberto (guide) and the drivers, who all did good jobs too.
