Hello!

I also wanted to tell you what a wonderful time our group had on our recent holiday with much praise for Gerald (guide) and Pablo (driver)! Roberto was great too although we didn’t spend much time with him. I also want to praise the seamanship and boat handling skills of Ricardo, without which we all could have died in the squall that kicked up on Lake Nicaragua while we were crossing!

We had such a great time and I cannot say enough about the kindness of the people there and how warm, welcoming and friendly everyone was! Of course there is always an exception to the rule and that would be all but one of the Managua American Airlines folks we dealt with for our lost baggage at the airport. American Airlines should step up their customer service if Nicaragua is to become the wonderful tourist destination that it deserves to be!

I would not and will not hesitate to recommend Nicaragua and Tours Nicaragua to anyone interested and I plan to definitely be back. (I will carry on all my luggage next time and plan to start Spanish classes immediately!!!)
