Hi Richard,

I really wanted let you know how much we appreciated the wonderful treatment we received from Pablo our driver and Roberto Lumbi our guide. It was so nice to have Pablo for our driver again like coming home to something familiar and Roberto is fantastic.

I don’t know how or where you find such wonderful people but they certainly make a world of difference for the people they take care of.

Pablo was so helpful with everything after Paul got hurt that we didn’t feel the least bit concerned about getting to and into the airport with all our bags and Paul not being able to do anything but feel useless because of the crutches. Please let both of them know that they really added to making our vacation wonderful its one thing to go to a beautiful spot but another to be treated so courteously, informatively and kindly throughout the whole trip.
