Hi Richard,

I wanted to send you this e-mail to thank you for the wonderful vacation we had. The trip was absolutely wonderful. All four of us had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel in Granada was particularly great. Our first vacation to Nicaragua was great two years ago. I did not think it would be possible, but this one was even better.

I have other friends already talking about going to Nicaragua too. I will make sure to recommend your company. You do a fantastic job taking care of people in tour.

Thank our guide, Roberto, and our driver, Eduardo. They were so generous with their time and help. We deeply appreciate the time we spent with them. Thank you again and I hope to contact you in the near future for another trip.
