We wanted to formally thank you and your staff for a wonderful trip! Lenin and Francisco provided us with exactly the right spirit, information and pace.
The accommodations were perfect and we can’t say enough as well about the itinerary – which somehow met all of our needs! We are a pretty well-traveled two families with a total of 4 children – so you can imagine that it takes a skillful guide to keep us all happy.
Finally, thanks for your agency’s help in sorting out the Pelican Eyes confusion (client decided to reserve this hotel direct, which muffed reservations and this was repaired by our office) – I did find my email confirming the correct set of requests – apparently disregarded by the hotel staff.
Please let both Francisco and Lenin know how much we appreciated their work, humor and integration into our group esprit de corps. We hope you know that they are superior employees.
We will happily recommend both Nicaragua and your agency to others here in the Bay Area.
