We just got home from our tour this past weekend and we wanted to take a moment to express to you what a fantastic experience we both had during our recent visit.
We are both big fans now of Nicaragua and the wonderful citizens of this country. The country has a special beauty and in all of our encounters, the people were friendly, courteous and a joy to be around. Your company and its employees are to be commended as well. Our custom itinerary – Nicaragua Rural Walks (with an extra day in Granada) – was exactly what we hoped it would be and even better! Your company’s planning, transportation and – most importantly – your employees were all first-rate. We can’t say enough good things about our driver Francisco or especially our guide, Roberto Lumbí. As I’m sure you’re aware, a guide can ‘make’ or ‘break’ a touring experience. Robert surely knows how to ‘make’ the experience memorable! Professional in all aspects, Robert was our combination cultural ambassador, history instructor and entertainer.
Finally, we wanted to express what a positive and profound impression made by your mountain-climbing guides. These gentlemen were keenly competent, knowledgeable of geography/geology, flora/fauna and social history.
Our interactions and experiences left such a favorable impression on myself and my wife that we were already planning a return trip after our first 2 days in the country!
