Located along the San Juan River in the charming town of El Castillo beneath the ancient Spanish fortress. Rooms have private bath, are small, but clean with very friendly service and a relaxing restaurant and bar. El Castillo is located just up river from the Indio-Maíz Biological Reserve so we often use it to explore the western part of the reserve.
